The competitiveness of domestic connector products depends to a certain extent on the level of manufacturing technology. (1) Fine manufacturing process: This process is mainly aimed at technologies such as small spacing and thin thickness. Some companies have conducted process research on connectors with spacing less than 0.4mm. This type of technology can ensure that the company reaches the advanced level of the international industry in the field of ultra fine manufacturing.

(2) Light source signal and electromechanical structure integration development technology: This technology can be applied to audio connectors embedded in electronic components. By adding electronic components such as IC and LED to the audio connector, the audio connector has the function of transmitting both analog and digital signals, thus breaking through the current design of mechanical contact transmission in audio connectors.

(3) Low temperature and low pressure forming process technology: By utilizing the sealing and physical and chemical properties of hot melt materials, insulation and temperature resistance are achieved. After packaging, the wire protects the welding points from external forces, and the packaging between the DC connector body and the wire has insulation, temperature resistance, and impact resistance, ensuring product quality and reliability. In the future, it will continue to be developed and applied in different products.
